Loose band or bracket
If band or bracket is still attached to wire, leave in place. If uncomfortable, place wax on it. Call the office.
Loose Wire
Try to place wire back in place with tweezers. If not possible, clip wire with nail clippers behind last tooth which is securely fastened. If any discomfort, place wax on it. Call the office.
Poking wire
Try to push sticking wire down with a spoon or eraser. If not possible, place wax on it.
Notify us at next appointment.
Lost pin or elastic tie
Contact office & request them to be mailed to you or stop by!
Out of Rubber Bands
Teeth will be slightly mobile when undergoing treatment, this is normal.
Teeth Seem Loose
Notify the office immediately.
